Ace's path into the automotive world started in 2011 with Audi, but it didn't take long for Porsche to pull him in. He made the move in 2013, and the fit made sense — this was someone who didn't just sell performance cars, he chased them down on racetracks and drove them across the country in rallies. The GT cars, in particular, have his heart. There's something about that end of the Porsche lineup that speaks to the part of him that got into this business in the first place. What's kept him here, though, is the people Ace has built the kind of client relationships that outlast any single transaction — the ones where someone calls him first because they trust him, not just because he's available. Ace was born in Wisconsin, has lived in Iran, Pakistan, and Michigan, and eventually found his way to Houston — a path that gave him an instinct for connecting with just about anyone who walks through the door. Off the clock, he's usually on a golf course or a tennis court, staying competitive in whatever arena he's in.

A native Texan born and raised in Houston, the city runs deep in Gilbert's veins. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, this is a true passion for him. He is all about his city and a huge fan of all the local teams since his youth. Gilbert's motto is centered around the experience, ensuring our guests are taken care of and feel at home when they visit us for any automotive needs. Outside of work, Gilbert stays busy with his three kids and beautiful wife, to whom he has been married for over 14 years. Will Spires is originally from Columbus, Ohio. Will moved to Houston in 2000 after serving in the United States Air Force. His love for Porsche came at the early age of 10 when he spent two years helping his uncle completely restore a 1984 Porsche 930. Outside of work he and his beautiful wife have two boys and on the weekends he enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, and riding his ATV.

Khalil has been in Houston since 1999, and loves calling Texas his home. He has been in the car business since 2001 and loves the smell of the engine. He speaks three different languages and is always ready to learn something new. Khalil has been married for six years and has two handsome sons who he loves to spend time with when he's not at Porsche. Khalil always here to assist and service his clients with any of their automotive needs.

Rashid, aka "The Car Gawd," is a Houston native who started his automotive career in 2013. With several sales awards, he was promoted to sales manager and finance manager. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, traveling, podcasting, and coaching basketball. Rashid is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Phi Fraternity Inc., embracing principles of achievement and community service.

Thomas has been in the automobile industry for 10 years, recognized with multiple awards and embarked on his success journey in Corpus Christi, TX as he was promoted to finance and sales manager. Recently relocated back to the Houston area where he calls home, as he grew up in the Memorial area and graduated from Stratford High School. He enjoys serving and being part of his new community in Fulshear. On his days off, Thomas loves to spend quality time with his family, April (wife), Jordyn (daughter), Mason (son), and three dogs (Bruno, Kona, Leona) as they keep him busy and multitasked throughout the day. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends and occasionally still gets down in the kitchen as he was a sushi chef prior to the automobile industry. He holds a marketing degree from the University of Houston and is also a certified GIA diamond grader. Eddie Felix grew up in Puerto Rico, and when he made the move to Houston at 20, he didn't look back. The city became his, and over the years so did the automotive world — an industry he's now been part of for more than seven years: detail-oriented, client-first, always looking for ways to get it right. Porsche, specifically, means something to Eddie beyond the job title. It's a brand he admired long before he ever represented it — one that stood for a standard of driving excellence he genuinely believes in. Getting to be part of that every day isn't something he takes lightly, and his clients tend to notice. The experience he delivers is built around the person in front of him. Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and raised in Houston, he is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect easily with a diverse range of clients. His enthusiasm for Porsche began early, collecting Hot Wheels as a kid — with the 911 GT3 always being his favorite. Today, that childhood dream has become a career focused on helping others experience the excitement and craftsmanship that define the Porsche brand. With over 35 years of experience in the automotive parts business and a wealth of knowledge across several luxury brands, Carlos is a seasoned professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to each of his clients. Outside of work, Carlos is actively involved in his community and church. He is a devoted husband and father to two sons and three furry friends. When he's not busy with work or community activities, Carlos enjoys spending quality time with his family, tackling home improvement projects, enjoying nature, and indulging his love of music by playing the guitar.

In 2017, she attended NASCAR UTI in North Carolina, working with a racing team for a year. Returning to Texas, she joined Porsche as a technician, dedicating five years to mastering the brand. Currently, in the parts warehouse, her goal is to rise through the dealership ranks, aiming to become a General Manager or even own a dealership. Beyond work, she actively engages with youth at churches and contributes to community building efforts in the Houston area.

Raised in Houston, Jonathan developed a passion for vehicles while serving as a Motor Transport Mechanic in the Marine Corps. After completing his service, he joined the Porsche team, where he gives 110% to every task. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, dedicating his free time to planning and working on car projects, showcasing his unwavering commitment to his automotive passion.

Leah has been in the luxury automotive industry for 10 years. She has been with Porsche West Houston for 7 years, beginning her career as a receptionist. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, Leah interned at American Express. Her love for the automotive industry brought her back to Porsche West Houston where she progressed into her current role as Finance Director. When outside of the dealership, she loves to travel with her husband, make floral arrangements, and love on her English bull Terrier, Ace. She speaks Russian & English fluently and admires the diversity of Porsche West Houston's clientele.
